Good morning dear bloggers! As it’s already “in the morning” overhere it’s just the right time for this post!
A glass of water in the morning has a lot of benefits for your body and health. First of all it will boost your system and help it to “wake up” by filling your cells with water that we lost when we were sleeping at night (breathing, sweating,…). Even if we always think that water is free from any nutrient matter that is absolutely not true: a glass of water will give you a lot of minerals to keep you fresh all day! One of the most important minerals it will give you is oxygen, which is very important because when we fall asleep in the night we lose a lot of oxygen and this makes us lazy to do anything when we wake up.
